Terms and conditions

No order is confirmed unless agreed prior without a deposit.

Cakes and decorations are fragile and should be treated as such, every effort is made to ensure your decorations and cake are completely stable, Cakes made by The fairycupcaker hold no responsibility once a cake has been collected/left the premises. For an additional cost we can deliver your cake which we will of course take responsibility for up and until receipt. Until a deposit is received no order is accepted/guaranteed (or otherwise arranged). Deposits are non-refundable.

On receipt of deposits you are confirming that you have read and agreed to our Terms and Conditions.

I would be most grateful if you could keep your collection/appointment times as i have several cakes going out on the same day, if you are running late (ie such as an hour plus late) then please have the courtesy to advice me of such, this enables me to plan my day, anything later than an hour unless i have been advised i cannot guarantee your slot. Please remember i am running a business and the time wasted waiting isn't acceptable as it stops me carrying on with my work commitments and family life - Thank you .

Storage - Cakes should be stored in a cool dark place away from sunlight and damp conditions on a flat sturdy surface in the box(s) provided. Sponge cakes will keep for approx 5 days after delivery/pickup, fruitcake lasts perfectly well for months but not years in cool conditions.

Ingredients

All my ingredients are of the highest quality.

The cakes are made in premises in which nuts are used, every effort is taken to keep ingredients separate however cakes may contain traces of nuts or nut oil.

Cancellation - Your deposit is non-refundable at time of placing an order. Changes in design or alterations to size will result in a new quotation. If however, the celebration is being moved to a later date please check for availability and all plans will be moved accordingly.

I am fully insured and have a level 2 health and hygiene certificate. I am registered with my local council and i hold a 5 star rating.
